Official sign-in steps
- Open the official login at ndax.ca/login. Always verify the URL and SSL padlock before entering credentials.
- Enter your registered email address and password. NDAX may also offer biometric or SSO options depending on device and region.
- Complete any configured multi-factor authentication (MFA) challenge before accessing sensitive features.
- After signing in, review recent activity and notifications to detect unexpected sessions.
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
MFA adds a strong second layer to your login — use an authenticator app or hardware security key whenever possible.
- Navigate to Account > Security in your NDAX dashboard.
- Enable TOTP (Google Authenticator, Authy) or register a hardware key (U2F/FIDO2) for strongest protection.
- Store recovery codes in a safe offline location in case you lose access to your MFA device.
Password hygiene & account protection
Use a unique, complex password and a reputable password manager. Avoid reusing passwords across services and change passwords immediately if you suspect compromise.
Recovering access — lost password or MFA
If you lose access, NDAX provides verified recovery flows. Be prepared to verify identity with email confirmation and, in some cases, KYC documents.
- Start password recovery at Password Reset.
- Follow email instructions and complete any identity checks requested by Support.
- If your MFA device is lost, use recovery codes or contact NDAX Support for assisted account recovery.
Recognizing phishing & fake pages
Phishers create fake NDAX login pages to steal credentials. Always:
- Type
ndax.ca
directly or use a saved bookmark instead of clicking links in emails. - Inspect the TLS certificate by clicking the padlock in your browser address bar.
- Be cautious of urgent-sounding messages asking you to click links or share secrets.
Security features worth enabling
Troubleshooting login problems
Can't reach the login page? Try clearing browser cache, disable aggressive privacy extensions, or test with a different network. Use an incognito/private window to rule out extension conflicts.
MFA codes not accepted? Ensure your authenticator app time is synchronized. If using a hardware key, confirm firmware and browser support are up-to-date.
Account locked? Follow on-screen recovery steps and contact Support if needed — do not share your password or seed phrases with anyone claiming to be NDAX staff outside official channels.
Privacy & data handling
NDAX collects authentication and activity data to protect accounts and comply with regulatory obligations. Review the Privacy Policy for specifics on data use and retention.
Business accounts & API access
If you operate programmatic trading or institutional accounts, use NDAX’s official API with API keys and IP restrictions. Follow best practices for key rotation and never embed keys in public repositories.
